Return & Exchange Policy

At Crown of Rheanyra, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

3-Day Return Policy
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, return requests will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and complete unboxing process. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the unboxing video and relevant photographs. After verification, the product will be eligible for exchange/replacement only. No refund will be provided for such cases.

Return Eligibility
For an eligible return, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.

Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, alteration, or missing packaging/accessories will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items such as earrings or other pierced jewellery may not be eligible for return once opened or used, except where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Where a return is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available at checkout.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
