At Crown of Rheanyra, we aim to process and deliver your jewellery safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through the available contact details provided with your order.

Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and contact number. Crown of Rheanyra will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders are prepaid.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for such claims. Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
