Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our jewellery, product images, descriptions and prices accurately. Due to differences in lighting, photography and screen settings, actual product colour or appearance may vary slightly.

Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available at checkout.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the time the package is opened is mandatory. Eligible damaged, defective or incorrect products will be exchanged and not returned for a refund.

Product Availability
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, change prices or update product information at any time without prior notice.

Shipping
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property
Website content, including branding, graphics, images, designs and text belonging to Crown of Rheanyra, may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
